One of the most well known plant in Saudi Arabia, with a rich history called on us for assistance. They had one of the largest turnarounds that they would experience. There would be more than 2000 workers working around the clock. Working to get the plant started up again.

Dealing with new workers from different countries and nationalities under new supervisory staff, working through intense conditions was not going to be easy.

We applied our structured approach of 360Consulting™. This involved analyzing the situation and bringing in the right team with the right competencies.

Flying over a team of 14 specialists to handle the works that would be running 24 hours a day.

We had to get the basics right. We had to touch the hearts and change the mindsets.

We still had to focus on traditional measures for compliance but  we intervened and corrected people as they were doing their work, using our custom Sentinel solution for tracking and trending.
