In September 2009, there was a major turnaround on Bukom lasting 90 days. With the addition of more than 2,000 workers coming into a live refinery, all eyes were turned to us to provide a custom solution.

Working with the client we refined the Awakening the Leader in You to fit the clients needs.

We understood where the supervisors and the contractors were at and the gaps to get them from good to great.

We re-developed a 1 day Leadership workshop for almost 250 supervisors.

The workshop taught supervisors and managers not only how to lead, but also to be LEADERS of their men in every aspect.
